Day 4 - 28° and cloudy - Spring Meadows Park
My daily walking companion is Molly. She is our 8 year old border collie. Billy and I got Molly when we moved to Carlisle from Cape Cod, Massachusetts. She was 10 weeks old. She is an excellent companion as she loves to walk and has plenty of energy. Today we are walking at Spring Meadows Park.
Molly is a favorite with our guests at the Red Cardinal B&B. She greets every guest, and is with them from the time they arrive until their departure. If they come in the house, she comes in; if they go out; she goes out. When they have breakfast on the patio, she is nearby. Molly has a great understanding of the guests. If they want to admire her from a distance, she will keep her distance. A few guests have even offered to take her home with them. But of course, that would never happen.
So when you come to the Red Cardinal be prepared to be greeted by Molly.
